Water damage mitigation and reconstruction by One Stop Restoration FL

Recently, we completed a water mitigation project that in Belle Isle FL. The images attached show the before and after of the job.

Upon arrival to the customer’s home, we did an assessment of the affected areas. As you can see there was a serious damage to the carpets, warped wooden floors, and water-stained walls. The presence of standing water also caused mold to start growing.

First thing we did was to drying and dehumidifying the entire space. As seen in the images, we placed dehumidifiers in strategically places throughout the home.

Once every area was thoroughly dried, we moved on to cleaning all the damage.

The final part of our project involved restoration and repairs. The before and after photos clearly show the extent of our work. We replaced damaged drywall and flooring in all areas as well as painting everything.
