One Stop Restoration came out immediately that same afternoon and started cleaning up the sewage overflow and damage that resulted from a broken pipe. They were thorough in removing all damaged items, flooring, and drywall and sanitizing all surfaces. They kept in constant communications throughout the process and performed the job quickly and professionally.After the cleanup process, we hired them to replace flooring and repairing the walls and painting resulting in an outcome that is better than before the damage. Again, the work was fast and high quality with great communication throughout the process.

Fast, prompt excellent service. We had a water valve break upstairs and flooded our downstairs. Tried one plumber who said oh we can’t come until tomorrow. Meanwhile I didn’t have the tool to turn of the water at the road. Freaking out I called One Stop not knowing about them. They sent someone to the house in 15 minutes. Someone’s being 5 people. Immediately cleaned up the water and pulled out the drywall and floors, left dehumidifiers and fans everywhere and were back the next day. Great service. They just finished the renovation portion which was excellent. Leigh(Lee?) was great at communicating. She called me everyday. Do yourself a favor and not pass this company by.
